Owen Connery
chief excecutive officer
Owen Connery is the Chief Executive Officer of Bison Consulting at Nichols College, leading the firm’s client engagements across operations, marketing, finance, and data analytics. He also serves as the firm’s AI Leader, guiding how Bison integrates AI tools into its consulting work and internal operations. Owen earned his B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Nichols College in May 2026 and is now completing his Master of Science in Accounting, expected May 2027, while serving as a Graduate Assistant and pursuing Massachusetts CPA licensure. He is an incoming Audit Analyst Associate at EY Boston, joining the firm in Fall 2027.
Ryan Romero Da Silveria

Our Chief Operating Officer, Ryan Romero Da Silveira, is a junior at Nichols College pursuing concentrations in Accounting and Corporate Finance & Investments with a minor in Leadership. At Bison Consulting, he oversees client engagements, supports project managers and specialists, and contributes to internal process improvement and operational initiatives. Ryan brings strengths in leadership, project management, problem-solving, financial and operational analysis, and data management. Outside of Bison Consulting, he is involved with the Nichols chapter of Gamma Iota Sigma, Delta Lambda, and the Nichols College Accounting Club.
Liv Blasko

Our Chief Marketing Officer, Liv, is a senior at Nichols College pursuing her undergraduate degree in Marketing while participating in the college’s 4+1 MBA program. She is also a member of the Nichols College women’s soccer team. Liv brings creativity, leadership, and a strong work ethic to Bison Consulting, with skills in social media management, content creation, branding, graphic design, and client communication. Her attention to detail and collaborative approach help strengthen brand presence, develop effective marketing strategies, and support the success of both clients and the Bison Consulting team.

At Bison Consulting, she combines her creativity and marketing knowledge to develop engaging content that strengthens client brands and helps businesses connect with their audiences. As she prepares to begin her career, Chloe is particularly interested in pursuing opportunities in marketing and sales while continuing to grow her skills in the industry.

Cameron Dorr

Cameron Dorr is a junior, majoring in Corporate Finance & Investment with a minor in International Business. On campus, I am a member of the baseball team and work as an Admissions Ambassador. At Bison Consulting, I am a Project Manager and serve as a primary point of contact between clients and consulting specialists. In this role, I coordinate meetings, establish project expectations, manage timelines, and help ensure deliverables are completed effectively and on schedule.

Ava Hovestadt
Data analyst
Ava Hovestadt is a junior at Nichols College pursuing a degree in Economics and a minor in Business Analytics. As a Data Specialist at Bison Consulting Group, she supports data management, reporting, dashboard development, and process improvement to help teams make informed, data-driven decisions. Outside of Bison Consulting, Ava serves as Vice President of the Economics Club and a Research Associate in the Economics Department. She brings experience in data analysis, visualization, research, and process improvement, along with technical skills in Excel, Power BI, R, and Python.
Riley Jorgensen

Riley Jorgensen is a sophomore at Nichols College studying Business Management and serving as a Project Manager. He is actively involved on campus through the Emerging Leaders Program, Honors Program, and the Nichols College Men’s Lacrosse team. Riley brings reliability, strong communication skills, and previous experience working directly with clients. His ability to collaborate with others and communicate effectively allows him to contribute to projects while building strong relationships with both clients and team members.

Aidan Downey is a senior majoring in Marketing with a minor in Psychology. On campus, he serves as the Chair of Marketing for the Campus Activities Board (CAB), where he helps promote and create marketing materials for student events. At Bison Consulting, Aidan is a Marketing Specialist, where he creates photo, video, and graphic content for clients and helps develop content for social media and marketing efforts. He brings experience with Canva, content creation, social media marketing, photography, videography, graphic design, and branding to Bison Consulting.
Pamela Gonzalez Vallardi

Pamela Gonzalez is a senior at Nichols College majoring in Communications with a minor in Criminal Justice. She serves as a Marketing Specialist at Bison Consulting, where she brings creativity and experience in marketing, social media, and content creation to the team. On campus, Pame is the captain of the Nichols College Women’s Tennis Team, a member of SAAC, and an It’s On Us Student Representative. Through her academic, professional, and campus involvement, Pame has developed strong skills in communication, teamwork, leadership, social media, content creation, and creativity. She is excited to continue growing with Bison Consulting and help develop marketing strategies and content that connect with a variety of audiences.
