Owen Connery

Owen is the Chief Executive Officer and AI Leader of Bison Consulting, overseeing client engagements and the firm’s use of AI. He earned his B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Nichols College in May 2026 and is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Accounting while working toward CPA licensure. Owen will join EY Boston as an Audit Analyst Associate in Fall 2027.
Liv Blasko
Chief Marketing Officer
Liv is the Chief Marketing Officer of Bison Consulting, leading brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, client communication, and the integration of AI into marketing initiatives. She is a senior Marketing major in Nichols’ 4+1 MBA program and a member of the women’s soccer team. Liv brings creativity and leadership to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and deliver impactful results for clients.
Ryan Romero Da Silveria
Chief Operating Officer
Ryan is the Chief Operating Officer of Bison Consulting, overseeing client engagements and supporting project management and internal operations. He is a junior pursuing concentrations in Accounting and Corporate Finance & Investments with a minor in Leadership. Ryan brings strengths in leadership, problem-solving, financial analysis, and project management to improve operations and support client success.
Michelle Nicholls
Marketing Consultant
Michelle is a senior studying Marketing while working toward her MBA. She brings strengths in communication, leadership, creativity, and teamwork to developing engaging content, email communications, and marketing materials. Outside of Bison Consulting, Michelle is an Admissions Ambassador and has previously served as Class Treasurer.

Chloe is a senior studying Marketing with a concentration in Communications. She brings strengths in social media, digital content, graphic design, and creative strategy to develop engaging content and strengthen client brands. Chloe is interested in pursuing a career in marketing and sales while continuing to grow her skills in the industry.

Aidan is a senior studying Marketing and minoring in Psychology. He brings strengths in social media marketing, photography, and videography, to create engaging content that supports client goals. Outside of Bison Consulting, Aidan serves as Chair of Marketing for the Campus Activities Board, where he promotes student events and develops creative marketing materials.

Pamela is a senior studying Communications with a minor in Criminal Justice. She brings strengths in social media, content creation, communication, and leadership to support client marketing efforts. Pamela is also captain of the Women’s Tennis Team, a member of SAAC, and an It’s On Us Student Representative.
Cole Goudreau
Project MANAGER
Cole is a sophomore studying Corporate Finance & Investments. He works with clients and student consultants to coordinate projects, solve business challenges, and deliver meaningful results. Outside of Bison Consulting, Cole is a member of the Men’s Lacrosse team, bringing strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills to support client success.
Cameron Dorr

Cameron is a junior studying Corporate Finance & Investments with a minor in International Business. He serves as a primary point of contact between clients and consulting specialists, coordinating meetings, managing timelines, and ensuring projects stay on track. Outside of Bison Consulting, Cameron is a member of the Baseball team and works as an Admissions Ambassador.

Blake is a sophomore studying Accounting. He brings strengths in leadership, communication, problem-solving, organization, and adaptability to managing client projects and collaborating with consulting specialists. Ava is a junior studying Economics with a minor in Business Analytics. She brings strengths in data analysis, visualization, research, and process improvement, with experience using Excel, Power BI, R, and Python. Outside of Bison Consulting, Ava serves as Vice President of the Economics Club and a Research Associate in the Economics Department.
Lucca Ricci
Business intelligence Consultant
Luca is a Business Intelligence Consultant at Bison Consulting, supporting data analytics, AI, automation, and process improvement initiatives. He is pursuing his B.S.B.A. and Master of Science in Accounting through Nichols College’s accelerated program while working toward CPA licensure. Luca is also a Captain of the Men’s Ice Hockey team and will join PwC’s Montreal U.S. Corporate Tax team in Fall 2027.

Len is an Associate Professor of Marketing and Director of Bison Consulting Group at Nichols College, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and public relations. He applies his industry experience to provide students with hands-on learning opportunities through consulting projects. Len also serves as an Assistant Cross Country/Track & Field Coach and has more than 22 years of coaching experience.

Grace graduated from Nichols College in 2024 with a degree in Marketing Communications and continued through the college’s 4+1 program, earning her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership in 2025. She currently plays semi-professional soccer and coaches at the varsity level, while also working as a Marketing Coordinator at Summit Soccer Academy and freelancing with AOK Strategy, where she focuses on marketing, content, social media, and client engagement.

After serving as Chief Marketing Officer of Bison Consulting, she transitioned into the veterinary orthopedics industry as a Marketing and Sales Coordinator at InVictos Orthopedics.
